JL Reliable Transport was founded by Judson Jean Louis, a former Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), whose professional experience exposed him to the real-world consequences of unreliable transportation on vulnerable populations.

While working in hospitals and long-term care facilities, Mr. Jean Louis repeatedly observed how missed transportation resulted in:

• Missed appointments
• Interrupted care
• Increased stress on families and institutions

That experience shaped a guiding principle that directly applies to school districts today:

When transportation fails, students are the ones most impacted.
